Our Story

Established in April 2026.

The Lighthouse Academy Literary & Academic Community was established in April 2026 with a simple belief: many talented students possess the curiosity, ideas, and ambition to grow, but often lack a welcoming community where they can read, write, speak, and learn together.

Created as an initiative within The Lighthouse Academy, the Literary & Academic Community provides a space where students, educators, aspiring writers, and lifelong learners connect through meaningful dialogue, writing workshops, guest speaker sessions, book discussions, and collaborative learning.

Since its founding, the Community has continued to foster intellectual curiosity, creativity, communication, and leadership by encouraging members to learn from one another and contribute to an inclusive culture of academic and personal growth.

Rather than viewing learning as something confined to classrooms, the Community believes meaningful education flourishes through conversation, reflection, creativity, and shared experiences.

The Community is still growing, and every event, discussion, and new member helps shape its future.
